In principle, the amount of childcare leave benefits paid is equivalent to 67%(50% after 6 months from the start of childcare leave) of the daily wage at the start of the leave × the number of days paid, per period(1 month) covered by the payment.

For example, if you take childcare leave from July 1, 2022,


the salary payment from January to June 2022 is 300,000 yen each,
