Once again, I rode my beloved car (motorized bicycle) along National Route 2 and ran like the wind toward Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, where I lived.
The time in Hiroshima city was before 16:00.
It was still a little early for a stay, and I saw Higashi-Hiroshima city on the signboard, so I decided to stay there.
In Osaka, there is Higashi-Osaka City.
It's a little big town.
Therefore, I guessed Higashi-Hiroshima was also a big city like Higashi-Osaka, so I thought it would not be too difficult to find a place to stay.
But surprise!
Higashi-Hiroshima City along National Route 2, where I was running, was just a mountain road, and there are no hotels. hahaha
I changed my plan and decided to stay as soon as I found a hotel, and continued running along National Route 2.
It was really cold on the mountain road after the sun went down.
The mountain roads were like highways, and large trucks were running at tremendous speed.
On the side road, I was riding a motor bicycle.
It was really hard because it was cold and I was dying because of the turning radius differential of the Heavy duty truck on the curve.
I arrived in the neighboring city of Mihara, but as expected, the hotels around 21:00 were full, and I was refused many times.
Finally, I found a hotel with vacancies that sold "all-you-can-eat bread for breakfast".
The interior of the room was covered with a red carpet, and there were two large mirrors, it was like a hotel in "*The Kindaichi Case Files".
*"The Kindaichi Case Files" is one of the famous detective manga in Japan, comparable to "Detective Conan".
I thought, "This is the room of the person who will be killed in Kindaichi story." hahaha
What's more, unbelievably...
there was a nightclub right under the room where I stayed, so when I lay down on the bed, I could hear heavy bass sounds. hahaha
I thought, "Why is there a nightclub under my bedroom?!", but I was so tired from driving that I fell asleep immediately.
The next morning, at the "all-you-can-eat bread" breakfast, the man at the hotel used a home toaster to make rolls like those bought at the supermarket. hahaha
On the fifth day, I left Hiroshima Prefecture along National Route 2, passed through Okayama Prefecture, and returned to my boarding house in Nishinomiya.
As soon as I got home, I went out to eat with my friend.
It's nice to travel alone and eat what I want, but I think the most delicious meal is eating with friends who I know well and laughing together.
During those five days, the jersey trousers that straddled my motor bicycle were so glossy and torn.
After that, I never went on a trip on my motor bicycle. hahaha
