After retiring from the baseball club, I was so lazy in high school days.
My classmate studied for university entrance exams.
On the other hand, I took a walk on the riverbed near my high school every day.
I walked along the riverbed while looking at English word book(in Japan we use to study English for university entrance exams), but I couldn't remember words. hahaha
December 15, 2004.
I still remember it clearly.
As usual, I was walking along the riverbed.
I finally noticed.
"What am I doing? Nothing will change even if I do this."
I looked back on my high school life.
I joined the baseball club because I wanted to participate in Koshien (the national high school baseball championship in Japan).
In the face of the reality of high school baseball, I gave up playing in Koshien.
A word from a friend reminded me of my wish to play in Koshien.
Still, I gave up on Koshien.
Even though I had my own goals, I had a sloppy high school life.
I became angry with myself.
"From now on, I'll pursue my goals with all my heart and be a professional baseball player."
"Of my Talent, Ambition, and Amount of practice, even if my talent is inferior, I'll never lose to anyone in terms of Ambition and Amount of practice. I'll be the best pitcher in the world", I decided it in my heart.
Therefore, I decided to go to a private university which had a powerful baseball team and where I could try to become a professional baseball player.
At that time, I remembered Kwansai Gakuin, which I went to a practice game when I was in the 2nd year of high school.
